Return & Exchange

Unless there is a fabrication flaw, fault or damage; the return or exchange of the goods is not acceptable. The goods returned to us after a month will not be accepted.

How do I return & exchange a faulty item?

In case there is a faulty item in your wholesale order, we kindly ask you for reaching out to us via below mail or Whatsapp Support Line and sharing your request with us. Hence, afterwards we may request you to send us pictures and videos regarding the item for consideration. Further to your

The faulty item from your bulk order must be returned unused in their original condition with the full accessories unused and undamaged. On the contrary, refund or exchange will not be carried out.  

The process regarding returned item runs as following:- After we received the returned item, we check if the item meets our wholesale return conditions. 

- If the item meets our return policies, then the refund or exchange will be executed within 2-10 business days.  

- If the item does not meet return policies; the item would be resent to your address. 

- Once your refund / exchange is completed, your representative will let you know via Whatsapp.

Which items are not eligible to request for return / exchange?

Return or exchange shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care.
