 Please share the details of cargo company with your Gizia Wholesale representative. On the contrary, if you do not work with a cargo agent / runner in İstanbul yet,

then we may take up an offer from FEDEX on behalf of you.

Following your confirmation on the shipping cost and wiring the transaction for shipping fees, your parcel will be shipped to your address by FEDEX within 24 hours. It would take you roughly 7-10 business days to receive it depending on the country. For further details, please get in contact with your customer representative.

We want your shopping experience with us to be exceptional. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges:

General Return Policy: Unless there's a fabrication flaw, fault, or damage, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please note that goods returned to us after a month will not be accepted.

The faulty item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all accessories intact and undamaged. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the inability to refund or exchange.

Ensure the following conditions are met:

-The item's packaging should be undamaged with all contents intact.

-If the product protection tape is removed or damaged, a refund will not be accepted.

-Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

-Use the original box or a similar-sized box for return shipment to avoid complications.
